AI Multisite wasn't born at a product manager's desk. It was born from ten years of work alongside real multi-publication newsrooms, from their knowledge of the editorial workflow, and from an R&D phase continuously validated by editors, editors-in-chief, and writers of the editorial groups we partner with.
The story, in short
Ten years inside the publishing industry, before the product
Rocco Milluzzo, CEO of Romiltec, has been collaborating closely since 2015 with the editorial groups Caffeina Media and New European Media: an international editorial network publishing more than 40 titles between Italian vertical magazines and foreign-language editions, totalling over 45 million monthly visits.
It's in this daily work, alongside editors, editors-in-chief and writers, that the problem AI Multisite solves stopped being a hunch and became measurable evidence: republishing content across multiple publications while preserving each title's editorial tone takes human time that doesn't scale.
In 2023, Rocco founded Romiltec S.r.l., an innovative startup based in Calcinaia (PI), Italy, dedicated to building SaaS products, AI integrations and cloud infrastructure, both as proprietary products and in partnership with editorial clients.
AI Multisite is Romiltec's editorial product. It was designed on the real workflows of Caffeina Media and New European Media, developed through an intensive R&D phase, and validated at every iteration by their editors, editors-in-chief and writers. It is in production in their publications today, covering stylistic adaptation, cultural translation and content centralisation.
