These Terms of service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website aimultisite.it (the “Site”), owned by Romiltec S.r.l., an innovative startup with registered office in Calcinaia (PI), Italy (“Romiltec”).
Use of the AI Multisite SaaS product, available at app.aimultisite.com, is governed by a separate contract (Master Subscription Agreement) signed between Romiltec and each customer. These Terms cover only the marketing Site.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing the Site or using any of its features, the user declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
If the user does not accept all or part of the Terms, they are invited to immediately discontinue use of the Site.
2. Site purpose and scope
The Site has informational and commercial purposes. In particular, it:
- presents the AI Multisite SaaS product, its features and commercial model;
- allows users to request a demo via redirection to the Cal.com platform;
- provides contact information, legal documentation, in-depth materials.
The Site does not directly offer services to the public, does not allow user registration, does not manage accounts, does not carry out economic transactions and does not deliver the SaaS product.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — texts, graphics, images, illustrations, logos, trademarks, source code, structure, layout — is the exclusive property of Romiltec or its respective licensors, and is protected by current laws on copyright, trademarks and industrial property.
Reproduction, distribution, publication or modification, even partial, without prior written authorisation from Romiltec, is prohibited, with the exception of:
- consultation and printing for personal use;
- citation of brief excerpts for purposes of comment, criticism or discussion, within the limits of article 70 of Italian Law 633/1941, with indication of the source.
The trademarks “AI Multisite” and “Romiltec” are owned by Romiltec S.r.l. Trademarks of third parties that may be mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive or nominative purposes.
4. Permitted use of the Site
The user undertakes to use the Site in compliance with these Terms, applicable law, and the principles of fairness and good faith. In particular, the user undertakes not to:
- use the Site for unlawful activities or activities that infringe the rights of third parties;
- attempt to access sections of the Site not intended for the public, tamper with the Site or its security systems, introduce viruses or malicious code;
- carry out massive scraping, automated web crawling aimed at the systematic extraction of content, or use the Site for the purpose of reverse engineering the product;
- use the Site to send unwanted communications, spam or phishing attempts.
Romiltec reserves the right to take any technical and legal measures necessary to protect the Site and its rights.
5. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. Romiltec undertakes to maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date information, but does not guarantee the absence of errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the content published, nor the continuity or absence of service interruptions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Romiltec is not liable for:
- direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site;
- loss of data, profits or business opportunities of the user;
- content, products or services offered by third-party sites accessible through links on the Site;
- service interruptions due to force majeure or cyber attacks by third parties, despite the adoption of adequate security measures.
The information published on the Site (including statistics, performance, use cases) has illustrative purposes: it does not constitute a guarantee of results nor a contractual commitment, which remain governed by the SaaS contract signed between Romiltec and each customer.
6. Links to third-party sites
The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties, including Cal.com (for demo bookings), romiltec.it (the parent company’s corporate website), and websites of the customer editorial network.
Romiltec exercises no control over such sites and is not responsible for their content, their personal data processing practices nor their availability. Access to third-party sites is at the user’s sole responsibility.
7. Changes to the Terms
Romiltec reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, including as a result of regulatory, technological or organisational changes. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the Site.
Continued use of the Site after the publication of the changes constitutes acceptance of them. It is the user’s responsibility to periodically check for any updates to the Terms, by consulting the date shown at the top of the document.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, the Court of Pisa shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except for the cases of mandatory jurisdiction provided for the protection of the consumer pursuant to article 66-bis of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
9. Final provisions
Any tolerance by Romiltec of user behaviour in violation of the Terms does not constitute a waiver of rights arising from the Terms themselves.
Should a clause of the Terms be declared invalid or ineffective by a competent Authority, the remaining clauses will continue to have effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Romiltec regarding the use of the Site, and supersede any previous communication or oral or written agreement on the same subject.
